This warranty is non-transferable and proof of the date of purchase and receipt is required. We retain the right to inspect all jewelry and determine any fraudulent activity. The Charles Collection shall not be liable nor warrant the product in the event of alteration, misuse, negligence, nor damage caused by one’s actions or by others.

Overnight Delivery Guarantee applies to all items marked as such in the shipping description. Order the overnight marked item by 3:00pm EST and the item will arrive the next day. This offer is only available within the 48 Continental United States. Most items are marked for overnight delivery. The Charles Collection, Inc. will do its best to uphold this standard. However, extenuating circumstances – such as hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, other “acts of God”, shipper error, employee disability, etc… may arise where this overnight delivery can not be met. This is understood by the customer and agreed upon at the time of purchase. The Charles Collection, Inc. will not be held liable for items which are slightly delayed due to extenuating circumstances. 30-Day Return Policy We take pride in delivering what is promised. Our 30-day return policy offers returns on all jewelry items that do not arrive as described on our website 30 days from the date of invoice. The Charles Collection will either fix or fully refund any defective products. We reserve the right to inspect any return request for fraud. We do not accept returns for custom made items, custom sized rings and where noted in the item description or on custom made, sized, and adjusted items. Our rings are stocked in standard size ten for men and seven for women. Should your ring size need adjusting, we will gladly provide this adjustment to you at no additional charge. We do not accept returns for rings that are sized different from our stocked size. Any item that we make for you on a case-by-case basis is not refundable. Items are non-refundable if adjusted by another jeweler other than The Charles Collection, Inc.
